One's visit to the Bicolandia is not complete without catching a captivating view of Mayon Vulcano, the world's most perfect cone.

Her name was derived from the Bikol word " Magayon", which is literally means beautiful. The peak , likened to the legendary beauty Daragang Magayon , is often concealed by clouds urging first-time visitors to stay longer to admire her charm. With a height of 2,242 meters( 8, 189 feet) , she has a base of 10 kilometers embracing several towns.

Behind her enigma, Mayon has left a trail of death and destruction brought about by her 15 eruptions. Despite this, her tantrums have become spectacular fireworks display to behold.
